  7. Hi-Octaine can be played by up to eight players over a network.
  8. Make sure each player's computer is running Netbios.
  9. The game will detect the presence of this program and load

  95. RACE: Go to Race Menu (see Race Menu).

  99. QUIT TO DOS: Saves current gam configuration and option settings, and returns you to the DOS prompt.

  105. CHAMPIONSHIP: Go to Championship Menu (see Championship Menu).

SINGLE RACE: To choose which track to play, use the LEFT/REGHT arrow keys. UP/DOWN arrow                                                          keys set number of laps. Press ENTER. Now highliht the vehicle of you'r choice with the LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys and use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to select a team to race for. When vehicle and team are complete,

  114. Championship Menu
  115.  
  116. CONTINUE: This option is only displayed if a Championship has already been started.
  117.           Select this to take part in the next Championship race.

  119. NEW CHAMPIONSHIP: A Championship consists of a series of 6 races.
  120.                   When setting up a New Championship, only the car and team are
  121.                   available; select these as in a Single race (see Race Menu).
  122.                   You cannot select a track, although each Championship race
  123.                   takes place on a different track.

  125. LOAD CHAMPIONSHIP: Load one of the 5 saved games (see below).
  126.                    At the Load Screen, use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to highlight
  127.                    the Championship to be resumed and then press ENTER.

  129. SAVE CHAMPIONSHIP: After a race, choose this option to save a Championship in
  130.                    progress. At the Save Screen, use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to
  131.                    highlight one of the 5 save game slots, press ENTER,
  132.                    then type in a name using the keyboard and press ENTER.
  133.                    Pressinf ESC returns you to the Champion menu.

  135. QUIT CHAMPIONSHIP: Discontinue the current Championship.

  141. CHANGE NAME: Type in a new name on the keyboard.

  145. SHADING: Toggle detaild of shading Off/On.

  149. TEXTURE MAPPING: Increse/Deacrease level of detail on the 5-increment slide bar.
